SMS Consent - Internal Staff Alerts

Korven Land Services sends internal operational SMS alerts to the business owner and staff only. These are not marketing messages and are never sent to customers or consumers.

How consent is collected

When a staff member is set up to receive lead notifications, they verbally agree to receive recurring SMS alerts. They are told:

“You will receive recurring text alerts from Korven Land Services when a new lead comes in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.”

What the messages contain

An alert that a new customer lead was submitted on the website, including the lead's first name, city, and phone number, and a link to the internal admin inbox.
