Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Korven Land Services LLC ("Korven," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit korvenland.com (the "Site"), request a stump grinding quote, or receive services from us. By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
Information you provide: name, mobile phone number, property address, email (if given), photos of stumps or work sites, and any notes or measurements you submit through the quote tool.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, and consent records. We also record advertising click identifiers such as gclid, wbraid, gbraid, and UTM parameters to attribute leads.
Information from third parties: Jobber CRM (once a quote is moved into Jobber), Google Ads (conversion signals), and payment processors (transaction confirmation only, we do not receive full card numbers).
3. How we use information
- Generate a ballpark price and a firm written quote.
- Contact you by phone, SMS, or email about your request or job.
- Schedule, dispatch, perform, and invoice work you accept.
- Maintain records required for licensing, insurance, tax, and warranty.
- Improve the Site, measure marketing performance, and detect abuse.
- Comply with law, respond to legal process, and enforce our Terms.
4. SMS / text messaging consent (TCPA & A2P 10DLC)
By submitting your mobile number through the quote form, checking the SMS consent box, or otherwise providing your number to us, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Korven Land Services at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Messages may include quote confirmations, scheduling, arrival windows, invoices, follow-up, and service updates.

- Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email privacy@korvenland.com.
- We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data is not shared with any third party.
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. This includes Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools may collect the click identifiers listed above, pages viewed, and general device information. We use this data to improve marketing and never to identify you personally to advertisers.
You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, manage ad personalization at Google Ads Settings, or set your browser to reject cookies. Blocking cookies may break parts of the Site.
6. Photos and job site information
Photos you upload are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket viewable only by authorized Korven staff and, where necessary, our CRM (Jobber). We use them to price and perform your job. We do not sell, publish, or share your photos publicly without your written permission.
7. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business (hosting, CRM, SMS/email carriers, payment processors, analytics, ad platforms), bound by contract to use it only for our purposes.
- Jobber, when a quote you request is created or sent, your name, address, phone, email, quote details, and job photos may be transferred to Jobber, our customer relationship management system.
- Subcontractors we use to complete your job, limited to what they need to arrive and do the work.
- Law enforcement or courts when required by valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
- A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
8. Data retention
We retain quote submissions, photos, and communications for as long as needed to service the job and thereafter for a reasonable period (typically up to 7 years) to satisfy tax, warranty, insurance, and legal obligations. Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (TLS), access controls, role-based staff permissions, and private storage buckets. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Opt out of marketing communications, including SMS (reply STOP) and email.
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, we do not do either.
- Appeal a denied privacy request.
To exercise a right, email privacy@korvenland.com from the address on file or call the number that texted you your quote. We verify your identity before acting and respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days). We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
11. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
12. Do Not Track
The Site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because no common industry standard has been adopted. Use the opt-out tools in Section 5 instead.
13. Third-party sites
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own; we are not responsible for them.
14. International users
Korven operates in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you consent to processing your information in the U.S., which may not provide the same protections as your home country.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after the update constitutes acceptance.
